Terms & Conditions of Purchase

By checking the box at checkout, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions for participation in The Embodied Leader group program facilitated by Krystle O’Neil of Nourish Our Minds Limited (NZBN: 9429052133473).

Program Overview
The Embodied Leader is an 8-week group mentorship and education program designed to support personal and professional development through a holistic and embodied approach. Program components may include group sessions, learning resources, community support, and optional opportunities for additional support, as outlined at enrolment.

Program Length
This program runs for 8 consecutive weeks starting from the official date communicated at registration.

Fees & Payment
The Client agrees to pay the total program fee as outlined at the time of registration. Payment may be made upfront or via a payment plan, if offered.
If using a payment plan, payments are processed via Stripe and a valid credit/debit card must be provided. The Client is responsible for ensuring timely payments. Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to the program.
No refunds are offered for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-participation.

Program Access
Clients will receive access to group sessions, materials, and/or community spaces for the duration of the program. It is the Client’s responsibility to engage with resources during this period. Missed sessions will not be reimbursed or rescheduled.

Coach Availability
The Coach will facilitate the group program and may offer optional touchpoints such as group Q&As or forums. 1:1 support is not included unless explicitly stated.
The Coach will be unavailable on New Zealand public holidays or during announced breaks (e.g. Christmas/New Year), with access to materials continuing uninterrupted where applicable.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
– Engage actively and respectfully
– Take ownership of their learning and development
– Use discretion and seek independent advice for legal, medical, mental health, or financial matters, as this program does not replace professional services

Nature of Services
This is a coaching and educational program, not therapy or medical treatment. Participation is voluntary and outcomes are self-led. If under medical or psychological care, Clients are encouraged to consult their provider before joining.

Confidentiality & Privacy
Group spaces involve multiple participants. While the Coach respects privacy, confidentiality in group discussions cannot be guaranteed. Private communications with the Coach will remain confidential unless required by law. Clients agree not to share program content externally.

Technology & Communications
The program is delivered via online tools such as Zoom, Notion, WhatsApp, and Email. By joining, the Client consents to using these tools for access and communication.

Results Disclaimer & Liability
No outcomes are guaranteed. The Client is responsible for their own results. The Coach’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the program.

Termination & Conduct
The Coach reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
